Health Hints

What you may or may not know. The internet is full of ‘health hints’ that may or may not interest the readers. The following are listed in miscellaneous order. Check them out and use/or apply what you think may apply be of help to you in maintaining or starting a personal health regime.

  1. If you have had a knee/hip replacement surgery, it may be wise to go to a chiropractor to get your body re-balanced/re-aligned. Also take supplements for repairing cartilage.
  2. One to think about…clinics in Switzerland are claiming that bearded men have more germs than dogs.
  3. Plastic bi-products are being found in children’s urine…comes from toys, clothes, fast foods, pots, pans, etc. Over a life time this will slowly cause disease, all kinds of health issues and probable demise at an early age. Think about it.
  4. “Numbness and/or tingling in the arms, legs, hands and feet are caused by a number of conditions, including pressure on the spine or peripheral nerves, atherosclerosis, nerve damage or injury, and animal or insect bites.” (Medline Plus) Other causes, as well include abnormal levels of calcium, sodium and potassium. Do your own research for further information.
  5. Are Anti-biotics good? Basically…resistance to anti-biotics has been one of the world’s most pressing health problems. Read the insert that comes with your prescription when you pick it up. It usually mentions the side effects of the product you are about to put into your body…to include stomach cramps, light sensitivity, temperature increase, tooth discoloration, skin rash, nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, fungal infection (yeast) and up to very severe allergic reactions, etc. Long term use is what causes a resistance to anti-biotics.
  6. Natural anti-biotics include, and first on my list is GARLIC, then Apple Cider Vinegar, ginger, horseradish, oregano oil, colloidal silver, onions, turmeric, and etc. Do your research.

Again, the above is for informational purposes only. LET GOD BE YOUR GUIDE!

A thought to remember: “If you claim the rights of freedom you must undertake to assume its duties, and responsibilities. Freedom is a test of will, a trial of moral strength.” A very close and dear friend told me this many years ago. She was from Kiev in Ukraine.
