versus dis-ease? What does ‘system‘ mean?

System is a word used to describe many things such as a group of interacting bodies under the influence of a related force. It can be related to the body (digestive); a natural system (river); a network serving a common) purpose (telephone, highway); an organized set of doctrines, ideas, or principles; a harmonious arrangement or pattern; or simply a method (way of doing something).

This will be the beginning of short blogs to introduce you to systems relating to the body. Hopefully this will take you on a journey into the vitality of Health. Health is Wealth one of the greatest assets God blessed human kind with. The body is your temple, or a vehicle that carries around the true self of each person on this planet. How do you treat your body? What do you expect from your body? What are the conditions and/or dis-eases you are experiencing with your body? This will be your personal journey to analyze, stay with or change by way of treatment or detoxification which are really the only two choices you have to make on your journey to ‘health is wealth.’

We live in a world of chaos, a world that affects both your physical and mental well being. So let us get started with Nature’s Way of restoring your health, a way that is hundreds of thousands of years old – Natural not chemical.  Natural remedies that alkalize, clean and regenerate the body.

Keep these facts in mind as you start your journey. FACTS – scientifically: most chemicals weaken and destroy cells, and cause high acidosis. Nature heals and regenerates. It will be hard work for most, but worth it.

Regarding the BODY SYSTEM – it goes through four basic processes:

(1) Digestion – the process by which the body breaks down the structure of the food into building materials and fuels needed for energy to function and to build and repair itself.
(2) Absorption – the breaking down of foods so we can absorb the building materials, fuels and other components into the body for energy stimulation, building and repairing, or stored for future use. Absorption takes place in the small and large intestines.
(3) Utilization – this is done by way of the blood system the highway or transport system. However most absorption must pass inspection by the liver which creates chemical changes, stores nutrients, and passes them on unchanged to the rest of the body for utilization. This is miraculous in itself.
(4) Elimination – what goes in must come out. If it comes out looking the same as it did going in ‘that is a problem.’ One should not see undigested foods, with the exception of corn, coming out in your stool. The body eliminates in ways that folks often do not understand. For instance by way of what is called a ‘cold’ and/or ‘flu’ like symptoms which include sneezing, coughing, sweating, aching, fevers and diarrhea. These are elimination processes used by the body to purge itself of mucus, parasites, toxins and etc. This must happen. We must eliminate our waste or it builds congestion interstitially, and intracellularly causing decay and eventually death. Good elimination means having three or more bowel movements per day, urinating adequately, sweating and breathing properly.

The many body systems work in a combined effort to keep the body alive and well. They are made up of organs, glands, blood supply, lymph tissue, muscles, bones, etc. with each having it’s own unique job. They depend on each other to run the maintenance and repair of the body as a whole.

In blogs – following (over the next few weeks/months), I will explain each system, it’s structure and function.

These health tips are from several Webinars I watched online. I took notes and am sharing them with you. They are for information purposes only. It is up to the reader to decide whether they relate to his/her health situation.

Dr. Thomas Lewis Major causes of heart disease

#1 Chronic viral infection; ectopic with cryptic etc. Cholesterol level has nothing to do with heart disease unless it is low or too low. No correlation between cholesterol and heart disease. Brain issues may be related to heart disease. Statin drugs slowly poison a person. Cholesterol is directly related to immune system.
Heart Damage warnings: Eye versus heart with Alzheimer’s. Eye disease is a pathological change. Glaucoma is systematic as are cataracts, macular degeneration, and dry eye. The Eye is the window to your health. Eye issues can lead to cardiovascular disease. (Vision source.com) for eye Doctors ) Example – Periodontal disease = glaucoma.

What to do? Cod Liver Oil for Vitamin A (Beta Carotene) D, and K. 1/2 shot glass 2 times a week of Cod liver oil for 6 mo. Plus also do a good diet. Need fruits, nuts, vegetables, all organic, and no animal meat. (Dr. David Minkoff is in Florida). Dr. Jay Davidson – good liver = good heart health. The liver produces the most lymph in the body. Get rid of parasites, flukes, etc. The body is electric. (Check to see what TUDCA is) Vitamins B and D important vitamins for brain health.

Other tips –

  • DID YOU KNOW: Nicotine is in tomatoes, potatoes, egg plants, green and black teas, peppers and capsicums, cauliflower, etc. The body actually makes nicotine which it gets from the foods mentioned. This is natural, not made by man chemically. Too much nicotine in the system is damaging e.g. from smoking. Too much of anything even if it’s good can be detrimental to a person’s health…and that includes supplements. Additional natural nicotine is being considered, in scientific circles, as something to use to detox from the body the spike protein and other damaging ingredients that are in vaccines.
  • New medicine technology – regenerative healing with infra red light waves is antiaging or age reversing. Good treatment for JAB, especially children. Good for heart – provides stimulation. The heart needs rest for restoration.
  • Good probiotics – kimchi, sauerkraut, pickles
  • Sugar cravings are attributed to low intake of Vitamin C
  • Sugar, salt and fat addiction destroys or weakens liver, gut and central nervous system
  • If your gall bladder has been removed do not eat meals with fat in them. you have lost the resilience of liver activity.
  • Round up spray has glyphosate in it. When used it is detrimental to human health, Glyphosate destroys the liver. When it gets on the skin it is absorbed and travels into blood stream. It’s use as a spray on food crops to keep weeds down is dangerous. It is absorbed into the food and we eat the residue.
  • Liver is the chief of the body. Good dental health is important to liver function.
  • Sweating takes the burden off the kidney to rid the body of toxins. Walk.
  • Water pics are good . Can put colloidal silver water in to eliminate bacteria at the gum line. Find a dentist who is compatible with you. Interview him. He needs to  know how whole body is impacted by dental procedures. Have him remove mercury fillings and use rubber dam over tooth to  keep mercury filings from going down your throat. No fluoride. Fluoride destroys the thyroid. Does dentist do continuing education. Bleeding gums = infection = connection to all diseases, heart, fibromyalgia, stroke, Alzheimer, nerve, all autoimmune disease.
  • Aluminum is now considered the most prevalent metal in the brain over mercury which is now minimal. Coriander will detox aluminum and mercury from the brain.
  • Ivermectin is used to get rid of parasites.
  • Stop thinking about viruses, start thinking about toxins.
  • Good liver foods – wild caught salmon, liver from animals, chicken etc., lots of fruits and veggies – cabbage and onions; fermented sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi. Use apple cider vinegar as a marinade to break down meat for digestibility.
  • Liver problem signs – varicose veins, psoriasis, gall bladder removed, cherry hemangioma (red spots on the body), hemorrhoids,
  • Nitric Oxide foods: red beets, citrus fruits, oranges, grapefruit, lemons, limes, leafy greens, spinach, kale, arugula, poultry seafood, garlic, watermelon, pomegranate, nuts, seeds, celery, cress, parsley, Chinese cabbage, cabbage, dill, turnips, carrots, broccoli, cucumber, cauliflower, dark chocolate.
  • Arthritis can be related to too  much gluten in diet.
  • Brain regeneration strategies: anti-inflammatory diet, intermittent fasting, getting into ketosis, regular movement with exercise, reduce stress and practice gratitude, prioritize good sleep, support gut health, aerobic exercises, reduce your toxic load, use magnesium daily, use autophagy enhancing herbs, use Mitochondrial support nutrients.
  • Neurotoxins that damage the brain – mercury, lead, aluminum, arsenic, excessive alcohol, illegal and prescription drugs, fluoride, DDT/DDE, Pesticides/herbicides, PCB’s – polychlorinated biphenyl, aspartame, MSG, and Flame retardants.
  • Dr. Robert Morse N.D. – Antibiotics destroy the kidneys. Hair loss is tied to mucus, tied to sinus issues, tied to weak lymphatic system. FYI, the upper shoulders are linked to the transverse colon and kidney. Non circulating hydroponics – a good way to grow your own food. Humans are not high protein consumers; the body produces the amount of proteins that the body needs. Too much protein – extra taken through outside sources causes acidity. All activity (exercise) creates acid in the body. Hair pulling, itching of scalp is kidney adrenal, lymph endocrine related. Eating fruits melons, berries, and mangos drains the brain and cleans the gut. When detoxing you will experience what is called a healing crisis which is a ‘being really sick’ feeling. To slow down a healing crisis, eat what you shouldn’t eat (lol). Water fasting to clean toxins is the starting point of detoxing the body.  Hair loss is stress related, lymphatic drainage related, and pancreatic related. Remember who your creator is. Black salve is strong can be used on warts and moles, but use sparingly.
  • Lupusif you have: Avoid alcohol, caffeine – they worsen symptoms in stomach and affect digestive system. Garlic and alfalfa sprouts increase symptoms of pain in muscles, and fatigue. (Only if you have LUPUS) Salt increases blood pressure which leads to heart issues. Processed Sugar = blood sugar fluctuation and inflammation. High sodium foods = kidney damage. Should eat: foods with anti-inflammatory properties, fruit and veggies rich in anti-oxidants, Calcium and Vitamin D, almond milk, green veggies, vitamin supplements, omega 3 fatty foods, salmon, sardines, mackerel, herring and tuna. To control Lupus – reduce stress, get lots of rest, eat heart healthy foods, get enough sleep at least 7 hours, avoid sunshine, ultra-violate rays hurt skin – makes condition worse. No smoking.
  • Did you know that tomatoes are acidic only when cooked.
  • No bowel movements = malabsorption, kidney deterioration, high acidity
  • We are not animal eating species. Animal meat is the wrong food for man.

As you know if you have been following me for a long time, one of my mentors in the field of healing naturally is Dr. Robert Morse, N.D. As I continue to study from many sources I like to take notes of things that are of interest to me and hopefully may help some of you.

The following health tips are derived from Dr. Morse’s information videos.

  • Moles are a metabolism issue within the body internally. The main cause is parasites. What should one do to treat this? Take an herbal supplement that gets rid of parasites. Since parasites love sugar, limit your processed sugar intake – use natural sugar instead; the adrenal glands are also involved and you need an herbal supplement to enhance the adrenals.
  • Fat deposits – lymph system issue. Take fruits, berries, melons. Fab 4 and GI tract, Parasites, etc. Fix the kidneys. Get the body alkaline. A change in your diet is necessary.
  • Pituitary – the pituitary gland is the “master gland.” As one of the main  computers of the body, it releases hormone-like substances that stimulate other glands and body tissues. It controls/affects some of the functions of most other glands – one being the thyroid and one being the adrenal gland which it can affect either negatively or positively. A weakened pituitary gland can be the cause of neurological weaknesses to include multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, and cerebral palsy, hypothyroidism, hypofunction of the ovaries, underactive or overactive tissue or cell growth, rapid aging, diabetes, lactation problems, and bowel issues (GI) tract.
  • Did you know Antibiotics are loaded with sulfur.
  • DETOX. It is important to rid body of neurotoxins from everything to include especially the Lymphatic system, the Para thyroid, and the Pituitary gland.
  • Stye – the drinking of cow’s milk is a food  source that can cause a Stye in eyes. How might you get rid of a Stye? Pull out with white part of a raw potato pack on the eye. Raw potatoes are very astringent. Pulls out abscess’s.

This last tip is from a video interview I watched with Dr. Bryan Ardis.

DNA – There has been a lot of talk about DNA lately. Doctors are saying ‘that when DNA is altered, it needs to be repaired. Altered DNA can be the cause of many  illnesses. Also, that the DNA can’t be repaired without  stem cells.  Water only fasting creates new stem cells. As does Urotherapy. “Urine therapy or urotherapy, in alternative medicine is the application of human urine for medicinal or cosmetic purposes, including drinking of one’s own urine and massaging one’s skin, or gums, with one’s own urine.” Dr. Bryan Ardis states “that urine, your urine is your connection to newly created stem cells. We lose stem cells everyday. Urine is a living substance.”

This last tip leaves me in awe. I don’t know that this is a therapy I could do. It gives one a lot to think about.

The information may or may not be of interest to you, or, you may already be up to date. To any new readers as well as my followers, everyone’s health issues are different. There is no diagnosis involved here, it is only shared knowledge of  information which may help you do a self diagnosis. You are encouraged to do your own research, and discuss any issues you may have with your physician.

  • Graphene oxide poisoning causes lung issues. Research graphene oxide. What you find will open your eyes to renewed old and new health problems being experienced by many folks today because of the supposed pandemic. I’ll let you be the judge regarding the results of your research. 
  • Dr. Edward F. Group  (Global Healing)  All life things affect the heart – air, TV, emotions, external environment, internal environment, etc. All are toxic. Heart becomes toxic: from fear, chemicals, air, food, water, accidents (trauma). All symptoms come from the Gut. The Vagus Nerve in conjunction with the spine affects the connection of the brain with the digestive system.  The doctor recommends balancing the body, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, detox, growing your own food, vitamins, minerals, and probiotics all as ways to improve one’s health.
  • Dr. Peter Osbourne – gluten is a protein, can cause clogging of GI Tract, cause vascular inflammation = stroke, etc., disrupt Gut flora, feeds wrong bacteria which interferes with heart health. Watch homocysteine – should not be high – if it is you need B vitamins. As we age you take longer to heal. Aging does not cause the damage to the heart or cause diseases, etc. – damage is accumulated over time because of life style thru one’s whole life. Oats have gluten is not gluten free. All grains have gluten – as all are seed oriented. Gluten is a slow poison. You can’t get health, be healthy, or stay healthy by eating non healthy foods. Inflammation is a silent killer. Inflammation is not normal. Gluten’s claim to fame is it causes inflammation.
  • Dr. Griffin Cole Dentist. Bacteria in plaque can cause heart disease issues. e.g. gingivitis. Infection in mouth gets into the bloodstream through saliva.  It is Important to keep mouth healthy and clean. All based on lifestyle. Need to keep from being acidic. Need good Alkaline diet. Brush/floss. Flossing helps get the plaque off of static tooth surface. Warm salt water gargle is good. It is a simple way to keep bacteria count down. Avoid mouth washes (commercial). Molecular Iodine works. Alcohol in commercial mouth washes do not do the job they claim. Genes can play a part in being susceptible to heart disease. Don’t treat by killing mouth bacteria – treat the cause of bacteria. Killing buys time, but doesn’t cure. A person can’t have bad oral health and have good overall body health. Sweeteners whether natural or not are still sugars. Inflammatory indicators in mouth can be linked to heart health and disease issues. Most dentists don’t get blood work done. Good idea to find a dentist who does – a naturalistic dentist.
  • Dr. Todd Watts – cellular energy specialist. Heart has 5 R mitochondria. Mitochondria (M) equals energy, signaler, immune function; affects all health issues not just heart. Repair mitochondria in order to start healing. ‘M’ important in clean water intake. Many diseases are caused by ‘M’ disfunction. How to heal: water, better food environment, nutrient value of food, clear out infection; brain and nervous system health – get rid of anxiety, detox from toxins, and acidic environment to alkaline. How do hot spots EMF affect the mitochondria. They damage and mutation occurs. EMF frequencies destroy cell function; changes cells through electricity. Kidney/organs shut down. Brain struggles the most. Low ‘M’ affects eyes. The eyes demand ‘M’, heart demands ‘M’, liver demands ‘M’,  kidneys demand ‘M’. All diseases stem from the Brain. What about exercise? Need to detox kidney/lymph for drainage. The heart is electrical. Need to get rid of fungus, parasites, etc. so body can age properly by absorbing more nutrients. Detox to get rid of mold. Florida has lots of mold. Need good oxygen levels – drink plenty of water, do breathing exercises, take supplements as needed to get rid of excess galactic acid. Stress causes more hypertension than a person wants or needs. Don’t watch chaotic news, TV etc. People friends can cause stress. Need to forgive self and others. Life has ups and downs – which causes stress and health issues. Don’t live in the past. Where are you putting your attention. Bad stuff = poor ‘M’ health function. What is life’s purpose? Be a part of a bigger life mission. Seek positive. Leave things that are stressful behind you. Eat organic. NO RED MEAT. WHY? How long does it sit in the store collecting bacteria? Get GOD! Get away from toxicity. Need Vitamins B-1,2,3,5,6,12, Folic Acid, CoQ10, Enzymes, water. Need to digest your foods better.  NO COFFEE, No prescription meds. Need oxygen/hydrogen, electrons, protons. Minerals for cellular energy. Sea Salt, Moringa. Electrolytes, sodium/ potassium.
  • Dr. David Jocker on the relationship of heart/blood sugar, etc. Blood sugar should be under 100. If more = pre-diabetic, sugar is very destructive to arteries. Eat fresh eggs/yolks. Statin drugs deplete vitamin K2. CoQ10 is good.  Mitochondria won’t functions with bad stuff in the body. Rid the body of Heavy metals. They lead to oxidative stress to the heart. Too much iron can kill you. It is necessary for life, but too much leads to heavy metal build-up. Chelation – Good Treatment. Need magnesium. Get plenty of calcium – better from food than supplements. Take extra minerals because too much calcium can do damage and interfere with how natural supplements function. Excess calcium inside a cell usually is a sign of cancer. Garlic and ginger great for blood circulation. Natural Vitamin C assimilation is important. Liquids are important. Coumadin has rat poison in it. Cayenne pepper is a good blood thinner.

This is a lot to absorb. Read it with an open mind. Apply the info if it coincides with your health issues. All of the above doctors are naturopathic oriented. Naturopathic belief is based on the theory that the body heals itself given the right tools.

If you don’t remember – let me remind you. Doctors who pushed it all for the LOVE OF MONEY. Employers who pushed it for the same and threatened your livelihood if you if you didn’t comply. Children whose lives were totally taken away from them either by death or mental instability…you name it. And you my friends got to watch your friends and family members die or fade away into nowhere. I could go on and on, but it would probably be to no avail. Tips

I’ve been doing a lot of research and watching webinars so I can bring you the most recent health tips. The world we are living in seems to get more chaotic, and in my opinion, health is a huge issue. The good news – people are beginning to understand their body’s better. They are seeking knowledge and ways to improve their life via their health. The following tips are some that I have gathered that hopefully will be useful for many folks in the future. 

  • A great % of childhood Leukemia is linked to cell phones via EMF exposure. EMF depletes the magnesium in the body.
  • Because of the side effects to the “V” it has led many doctors to search ways to counter these effects to avoid the damage being done to people’s health. The damaging spike protein has been scientifically shown to be in the flu serum. Because the spike protein replicates itself, it is necessary to remove the spike protein from the body as it is killing kids as well as adults via myocarditis, clots, etc. In a healthy person fasting helps the body to use its own protein to eat up the spike protein. However, this doesn’t work in everyone. Another method found which works to rid the body of the spike protein is  the use of Ivermectin. It is being used as an anti-parasitical compound; is a  natural product, and not a man made medication even though it is patented. It should be noted that the spike protein never goes away completely because of its reproductive power. 
  • Teeth are a big factor to good health. Teeth issues contribute to ill health.
  • Cancer can only exist in an acidic environment. The body needs to be 80% alkaline.
  • All diseases are acidic.
  • COVID attacks lungs and the blood so it can no longer carry oxygen.
  • Aluminum is now considered as dangerous as mercury as they both settle in the brain. It is imperative to do a metal detox.
  • The small intestine is an important part of body to detox. Chlorella is a good antidote.
  • Turmeric in water – drink to flush EMF from Body. Take Niacin also to flush EMF from Body.
  • Too much calcium? Symptoms include: bone pain, headache, fatigue, constipation, loss of appetite, muscle aches pains, weakness, cramping, depression, heart issues, kidney failure. As one ages calcium can build up in the arteries. Do not take antacids, reduce intake of caffeine – it causes you to pee out the calcium. If you are not absorbing the calcium, you need Vitamin D.
  • Do not take high doses of Vitamin A (can destroy the liver). Usually, with vitamins – you can’t overdose but taking more than the body needs can make you  sick.
  • If taking magnesium/calcium one should not take more than 1000 mg per day. The reason calcium/magnesium ratio is regulated is to reduce the risk of cardio vascular issues. The ratio should be equal 1:1 or 2:1 ( 800 cal. 400 mag) Higher than this creates major health issues.
  • Algae is the most alkaline food in the world. (Spirulina) has highest amount of chlorophyll and iron in the world.
  • It is important to balance nutritional supplements; eat an anti-inflammatory diet; get plenty of sunlight; use no products that have  fluoride in them.
  • Aloe Vera has VitB12 and folic acid in the juice. Love that Aloe Vera. Grow my own.
  • On going infection uses up all the Vitamin C in the body; collagen makes arteries strong – blood vessels/arteries become weak from lack of collagen and lack of Vitamin C.
  • Iodine reduces hot flashes. Balances estrogen.
  • Toxicity does not allow the body to heal itself.
  • Meat is considered toxin because of what they inject into cows, what they eat, etc. and what is put in/on the food they eat.
  • Melatonin is an anti cancer agent.
  • Castor oil reduces the size of cysts.
  • Sugar feeds cancer.
  • Copper is an important micro mineral.
  • Penicillin is made of a mold derivative.
  • You need to know why you have a disease before you can heal it.
  • When the liver is congested, the heart has to work harder = cardiovascular diseases.
  • To remove moles use Castor oil 1 tsp with 1 tsp baking soda. Mix into creamy paste. Wash mole with soap and water. Apply paste to mole, cover with a band-aid. Takes 3-4 days to 3 weeks. Change dressing twice daily. The mole will dry or shrink or just go away.

Today’s deadliest conditions like heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, depression, Alzheimer’s, and autoimmune conditions all have one thing in common…(Chronic inflammation per Nick Ortner).

Chronic is a word used to describe a lot of health issues, but what does it mean. In the world of health, our bodies function either stay the same or go through many changes, as follows, during the duration of disease:

  • The first change is called the ACUTE stage having a rapid onset of something, severe symptoms; it is the beginning stages of body toxicity and weakness, and is short lived. It includes pain, inflammation, and discomfort. It is considered to be the beginning stage of dis-ease (diseases) starting in the lymphatic system and muscles.
  • Next is SUB-ACUTE. This stage is rarely talked about because it is the stage of suppression by chemical medication, vitamins, hormones, steroids, etc. Toxicity is stored deeper into the tissues, pain is usually suppressed, parasites begin to grow throughout the body, and tumors begin to develop.
  • CHRONIC is an advanced state of hypoactivity of tissue, organs and glands. It is the third stage the stage before degeneration which can include cancer; pain is mostly suppressed, parasites begin to grow, and tumors begin to develop. It has varying degrees. Organs and glands become very underactive; deterioration replaces inflammation.
  • DEGENERATION is the fourth and last stage of weakness as the cells are dying at this point. Viruses are released, parasites move in and take control, pain is back and is more severe, and the symptoms can no longer be suppressed by the use of chemicals, radiation or any other debilitating procedure. The only hope would be to revitalize the cells, tissues and organs.
  • GENETICS would be the last to think about as illnesses are considered to be a pattern of cellular weakness that is inherited from your parents or past relatives. However, today it has been proven that ‘genetic’ weakness can be changed by the persons lifestyle into healthy living. We don’t know what our past generation of relatives lived like or through, or how well they took care of themselves. This is a whole other subject.

The body God gave each of us is a SELF HEALER, given a chance. It is up to you and me to recognize our weaknesses and proceed to strengthen them starting with DETOXIFICATION to cleanse our bodies of the toxicity within, because as you can see from the above ‘body breakdown’ stages – the worst thing you can do is trap the toxins in your body. Per Dr. Bernard Jensen, Dr. Robert Morse and many others “Detoxification cures; treatment (and I will paraphrase), ‘ continual treatment of only the symptoms eventually kills.”

In further study of the body and its systems you will find that congestion of any kind – which means obstruction, to  include toxins etc., of the blood, nerve and/or lymph flow within your body “creates blockages of the life force (energy) to and from a cell. This in turn causes cellular disfunction or dis-ease (disease).”

LET THIS BE THE BEGINNING OF YOU UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY AND THEN BEING EAGER TO MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES TO BECOMING A HEALTHIER YOU!

Pertinent Health Tip

This blog is from notes I took after watching 9 days of health podcasts to include many doctors and scientists in regards to the situation we are in today, after the pandemic.

If you’ve been vaxed all is not lost. The damaging effects of the vaccine can be eliminated or slowed down, eradicated, so the affects are lessened or eliminated. What are the damaging effects?  Because of the spike protein, graphene dioxide, heavy metals, snake venom peptides (which have been proven to be in the vaccine etc.), you need to know that over the next few years – if  you haven’t already experienced adverse reactions, you will. Your immune system has been compromised. Other diseases you may already have will be accelerated. It will not be a pretty picture. These health tips are pertinent in helping you to know what to do.

FYI (vaxed vs non-vaxed) – spike protein and graphene dioxide sheds through the vaxed skin – stays in the air and settles on everything including those who are non-vaxed – in which case the spike protein and graphene dioxide is absorbed into their blood stream through their skin. As with the vaxed the result, thereby, is the effect these chemicals (as I call them) have on the  brain, lungs, kidney’s and liver – the most vital of the body organs. The graphene oxide is poisonous to the body and specifically causes lung issues. We would have to clean, clean, clean to avoid having contact with these deadly substances. That is near impossible. Therefore, you need to know how to counteract the effect they can have on your body. 

What I am hearing from the experts is that Detoxing may be the only way. This means a lifestyle change, a continuing part of the way you live from this time forward. I am calling this a ‘Strengthen the Immune System Eating Lifestyle.’ The following are some tips on how to start, what to do, and why:

  • Start with a good 2-4 day lemon water fast. Next find a good Detox Plan. Do your research.
  • Supplements to add in addition to the detox. Recommended: D2, Zinc, Vitamin C (which eliminates the venom in the vaccine), CoQ10, Quercetin,
  • Sea Kelp Iodine – 1000 mcg/day. It is good for gut issues and every organ of the body, balances the hormonal system. Iodine also absorbs EMF (5G) frequencies. Iodine reduces hot flashes and balances estrogen.  In my research, I learned a lot about Iodine that I never knew before.  Iodine is lacking in most people. Do your own research.
  • If consuming protein – stay away from animal protein because the body fights it causing the digestive track to shut down. This causes stress. Plant based protein activates as soon as exposed to water, thereby it speeds up digestion in the stomach.
  • Nicotine – yes it is being tested as an antidote for COVID and the vaccine. The use of nicotine in the pure form, not what is in cigarettes. In cigarettes the nicotine is mixed with additives that makes them addictive. Nicotine receptors are naturally in the body. Small amounts of nicotine dislodges the spike protein by dissolving it. What is being tested is the use of nicotine with the patch, cut into small pieces and stuck to the skin to block and/or counteract the venom damage – by being absorbed into the blood stream. Also being tested is the nicotine gum as well as capsules. Nicotine also restores sense of smell and taste which are lost as an aftermath of the virus/vaccine. 2mg. 4 times per day is the recommended dosage of nicotine. Nicotine acid is Vitamin D3. It also has been found to kill brain tumors. Use Nicotine carefully.
  • To rid the body of heavy metals – it is being suggested that you take Herbs specifically for this. Everyone needs to rid their body’s of parasites, fungus, flukes etc. Ivermectin is known to kill parasites and worms. There are many new companies producing herbal formulas for this specific reason. ROOTS BRAND is one that I have heard about which has had good test results and good testimonials by people who use it. I use and highly vouch for Dr. Morse’s Cellular Botanicals.  Do your research.
  • Do everything you can to stay healthy. One way is with the Diet. Research shows that the length of your life is only about 25% genetic. This means that environmental and lifestyle habits play a big role in maintaining longevity. Basic foods are fruits, vegetables, and fish. The experts are suggesting the Mediterranean Diet, exercising regularly, staying socially connected, getting plenty of sleep, and limiting alcohol and other substances, such as caffeine and un-needed drugs.
  • Avoid the toxic chemicals in household items such as detergents, etc. These toxic chemicals can cause rashes and severe skin irritation; they can also wreak havoc on your endocrine and immune systems! How do these chemicals actually get into our bodies? The harsh chemicals in detergent clog up the fibers of your clothes then slowly seep into the largest organ of your body – your skin! To make it even worse, it’s an ongoing 24/7 exposure!
  • Plan on doing the detox routine continuously – it can be 40 days to 3-6 months to 2 years to get results that will be long lasting in the restoration of the immune system. Plan on going through a “Healing Crisis”.

As you watch TV whether it be on the television set, cell phone, I-Pod, laptop, desktop etc. The news anchors put great emphasis on what is happening in reference to crime. Crime in all forms has escalated beyond our common sense understanding.

It seems that no one cares and sweeps the why, and wherefores under the rug. Media anchors as well talk about Christianity beginning to take a back seat in the lives of many people today. Transgenderism, homosexuality, and all sin is taking the place of what is ‘right’ in the eyes of God. Some of the Church’s who claim to be of God are being replaced by the Satanic faction of Worship. You also see it in the advertisements no matter what product is being sold. To my amazement folks everywhere – to include friends and family members are hopping aboard this new – so called ship which is afloat not only on Sunday, but everyday of the week. Sexuality is BIG NEWS, as this new evil is being crammed down the throats of the righteous, God fearing, real church going members of society.

Just watch Sunday worship shows on TV, of all denominations. I do, and I have yet to hear anyone really tackle what the words in the Bible – the Words of God have to say about homosexuality, transgenderism and sin etc. In the bible they are stated as being sinful, wrong, and abominable. Why are the pastors, and patriots who host religious podcasts, afraid to discuss the reality of adversity regarding biblical references on these topics. I have heard some of my friends who supposedly study the bible and go to church every Sunday say, ‘well there is little in the bible referring to these topics.’ It makes me wonder just what kind of bible study they are doing.

The following scriptures in the bible are God’s opinion regarding these abominable sins. They are listed as follows starting with…

  • First and foremost the TEN COMMANDMENTS 
  • Romans 1:26-27
  • As Galatians 6:7-8 affirms “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.”
  • This is similar to Luke 6:44 which affirms that whatever a man sows, this he will reap , whether it be for good or bad.
  • The scriptures warn us that there are consequences to our behavior, be it positive or negative. As the Founders’ Bible states – biblically speaking “both are invaluable if we are to learn what is wisdom.” Wisdom, therefore is skill at living life.
  • Again, “Be not deceived, God is not mocked.” Once a person sins, the ball is in his/her court. Genesis 4:7  indicates that sin is often its own punishment, for it destroys, separates and enslaves. It may be pleasurable for a little while (Hebrews 11:25), but the deception is – that  sin cannot deliver on what it promises; since the season of pleasures is short and passes and then the hidden cost is revealed, as are the often long-lasting and devastating effects. (Reference the Founders’ Bible)
  • The other scripture references – you can look up, and study for yourself.
  • Romans 1:26 (Homosexuality is not a gray area)
  • Leviticus 18:22 (Homosexuality is a sin) Verses 19-23 lists a whole host of other actions that are considered Sin.
  • 1 Corinthians 6:9-10
  • Romans 1:16-2:16
  • Hosea 8:7-12
  • Hebrews 10:26-27  The conclusion is, ‘For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a terrifying expectation of judgement.’ This is not God’s choice; it is yours and mine – everyone’s.

As I was doing my scripture study this morning, I was inspired to share this information. I thank the writers of the Founders’ Bible. They are truly a God send. The information in this bible is awesome. (Reference pgs. 1739-1743)

As for me – I CHOOSE GOD, not Mammon. This is a sermon that could go on for days. However, God gave each of us the FREEDOM OF CHOICE. It is up to each of us as to which choice we make.
