Natural Food Remedies

These foods are the last on my list of FOODS THAT HEAL, although there are many other foods out there.

  • WALNUTS: Lower cholesterol, combat cancer, boosts memory, lifts mood, and protects against heart disease.
  • WATER: Promotes weight loss, combats cancer, conquers kidney stones, smoothes skin.
  • WATERMELON: Protects the prostate, promotes weight loss, lowers cholesterol, helps to stop strokes, controls blood pressure, and is the most alkaline of all the fruits.
  • WHEAT GERM: Combats colon cancer, prevents constipation, lowers cholesterol, helps to stop strokes, and improves digestion.
  • WHEAT BRAN: Combats Colon cancer, prevents constipation, lowers cholesterol, helps and stops strokes, and also improves digestion.
  • YOGURT: Better if you make it yourself. Guards against ulcers, strengthens bones, lowers cholesterol, supports immune system, and aids in digestion.
