A new segment of Quick Tips…

Health issues are high on the minds of most people today. To take each issue and talk on it can be mind boggling. In this segment I have taken tips regarding health problems, broken them down into short explanations, or even as long as one sentence, to provide quick information regarding the latest health updates. I will name the source so each of you, if it pertains to you, or you are just interested, can do your own research for extended knowledge.

  • MELATONIN – Melatonin is basically advertised as being a source for sleep deprivation. However, Melatonin has many uses. According to Mike Adams (biochemist) and Dr. Stella M.D., Melatonin blocks the spike protein which is a detrimental ingredient to the body when vaxed.

Melatonin in conjunction with the mitochondria has cancer development protective qualities as well. (Ari Whitten M.S.)

  • BLACK CUMMIN SEED OIL – swish as small amount of the oil in the mouth to keep plaque from forming on the teeth. (Ian Clark – Holistic Dental Info)
  • CROHN’S DISEASE – starts in the Gut. The Gut is the basic part of the body that controls many of the diseases folks suffer from today. A healthy gut leads to a healthy immune system.
  • SPLEEN – So many times you will hear an allopathic/main steam physician say the ‘spleen’ is not an important part of the body…so don’t worry when they remove it.  What they don’t tell you is that the SPLEEN is the ‘major cleaning organ for the blood. The body has to get rid of cellular waste in blood, which is acidic. The ‘spleen’ is the organ that does this.  As well the PITUITARY GLAND controls every organ in the body. (Dr. Robert Morse N.D.)
  • BUCKWHEAT – Many of you may think that ‘buckwheat’ is a wheat product. It isn’t. It is “a flowering plant in the knotweed family Polygonaceae cultivated for its grain-like seeds and as a cover crop.” (Wikipedia) Buckwheat is a good substitute for use in cooking. For instance, you can use ‘buckwheat flour’ in place of wheat flour if you are allergic to gluten.  Usually a buckwheat recipe will call for the mixture of both, but I found I can substitute coconut or rice flour in place of the wheat flour to be used with the buckwheat flour. When shopping look for Himalayan Buckwheat Seeds/flour.
  • DNA – You may say ugh to this one. URINE, your urine is the only thing that contains original DNA. The latest thing with ‘urine’ is the suggestion of drinking it to rid your body of the ‘spike protein’ nano bodies. That is a no-no in my book as your urine contains toxins to other diseases that might be in the body that you need to get rid of. Instead, do a ‘water only’ water fast to help the body create new healing DNA stem cells and helps repair the DNA destroyed by the COVID vaccine.
  • TOXINS – last, for this segment of tips, but not least. Toxins, toxins, toxins. They are big in the news – especially since the train derailment in East Palestine Ohio. Most of the cars were filled with various chemicals used for the manufacture of a variability of products. The one most significantly mentioned was polyvinyl ethaline chloride used to make plastics. The toxin release from this was said to be Dioxin which when they set it on fire spewed deadly fumes into the air and water. Dioxin is detrimental to the Liver. To counteract the Dioxin in the liver it is imperative to keep the Liver DETOXED. Dioxin is also a chemical that is said to cause cancer. You can counteract this by eating Broccoli Sprouts.
  • Did you know that magnesium deficiency is the root cause of depression?
  • Everyone is concerned about aging.  But did you know that getting rid of the heavy metals and all of the old garbage in the body will minimize aging and you will live longer – not age biologically.
  • Did you know that the loss of zinc and copper in the body causes the loss of taste and smell. I didn’t know that nicotine is Vitamin B3 (Niacin) and that by taking Vitamin B3 you can recover from the loss of taste and smell. Although nicotine, which is deadly to the body, is prevalent in the tobacco plant, it is used mostly in cigarette and tobacco products. However, the vegetables and beverages that we usually eat or drink every day contain safe amounts of nicotine. It is found  in tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, green and black teas, peppers, Capsicums and cauliflower.  
  • I have mentioned the spike protein and how it gets in the body. You need to know that the spike protein from the Vax affects everything in the body starting with the weakest organ in the body.
  • GOOD NEWS: A warm BATH activates the immune system. SLEEP helps get rid of toxins while it cleans up trash in the system. It also rebuilds muscles, and is crucial to good health.

You are actually detoxing daily as you eat the right foods and take supplements as needed. The body needs water – which is the only true hydrator. Other drinks, and coffee and tea that are made with water, do not hydrate the body as the additives in those drinks take away the water’s ability to hydrate.

If you are not already aware, Supplements good to take to ward off the ill affects of all the man-made virus’ we are exposed to today, include – in addition to PURE WATER – magnesium, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Zinc, minerals, amino acids, probiotics, and Pure Herbal Tinctures.

RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH. KNOW your body. If you don’t already it is time to become acquainted. What is good for all may not be good for you and vice versa. And, did you know that Vitamin D is a hormone even though we call it a vitamin?

Exercise is good – SWEATING is important to rid the body of toxins. If you are suffering from skin conditions – they come from poor gut health.

This is just the beginning of the many current health tips I have access to. I hope the above tips, if they pertain to you, gives you an idea of what to research for you, your health, your immune system, etc. You need to know your body and how it reacts to what you put in it or anticipate putting into it before you can begin to rebuild, restore, and/or re-heal it.

Remember, when it comes to your health ‘YOU CAN’T HEAL WHAT YOU DON’T ACKNOWLEDGE’.
