There are so many ways to remember what Christmas is about. Many say that “Jesus is the reason for the season.” But He seems to be forgotten as people rush through the stores buying gifts they hope will please the recipient.

Not sure of how to approach this subject, I looked through a stack of ‘papers’ I have been saving for years  – as many of you do or have done. I ran across the following and knew that I had to share it. It is a short writing by Brian Morgan. I have never heard of him but love what he wrote. It speaks for itself.

THE LEGEND OF THE CHRISTMAS PRAYER  Praying hands

Once upon a Christmas time, long ago,  a man who had a big heart, but little money, dreamt he could give his friends endless riches. When he awoke, the dream kept running through his mind, over and over. Finally, he asked himself: “If I could give my friends anything, what would I give?” He smiled as he began to think of all the wondrous things he could buy for them but then he thought: “I’m a happy man, yet I have none of those things.” And he began to think that perhaps real wealth could not be measured in riches. Perhaps there were gifts of greater value than the things money could buy. He pondered these things as he thought of what Christmas meant to him. Taking out his quill, he began to write on a parchment scroll:

On the first day of Christmas I pray for you joy in abundance and laughter, for laughter cures our ills and joy makes our spirits soar.

On the second day of Christmas, I pray for you a sigh when you need one, for a sigh clears the heart as a cough clears the throat, and with a sigh comes acceptance of what we cannot change.

On the third day of Christmas, I pray for you tears when you need them, for tears clear the eyes to see the stars and cleanse the soul to let healing being.

On the fourth day of Christmas, I pray for you serenity, for fights and wars start in individual hearts and that is where they must end.

On the fifth day of Christmas, I pray for you wisdom, for our priceless gift is the gift of choice – and we should use it well every day, in word and deed.

On the sixth day of Christmas, I pray for you patience, for most troubles pass if we wait them out, and success comes with persistence.

On the seventh day of Christmas, I pray for you courage, for there may be many pitfalls and dangers ahead and problems can only be solved when they are faced.

On the eighth day of Christmas, I pray for you compassion, for we cannot help others until we understand them, and we cannot understand them until we walk in their shoes.

On the ninth day of Christmas, I pray for you a willingness to work, for work turns dreams to reality-whether the dreams are ours or belong to those we can help.

On the tenth day of Christmas, I pray for you unwavering faith, for faith shapes our morals and our destiny and draws up closer to God.

On the eleventh day of Christmas, I pray for you a mind full of hope, for hope determines our attitudes, sets our goals and creates our ideals.

On the twelfth day of Christmas, I pray for you a heart so full of love that every day you give some away to those whose paths you cross.

And with each prayer, the man realized he was not giving a gift at all, but hoping that his friends would find the gifts they already had within them.

Garlic

Garlic ClipartGARLIC has had a bad rap for years with people avoiding it, because of it’s  pungent taste, and as they say, “it makes you ‘stink”- your breath, your body the whole you. This is a typical example of people judging something they know little about.

GARLIC, for centuries, since biblical times, has been used as a natural medicinal method for healing.

Today, it has even been capsulized in the form of ‘garlic oil capsules’ and made ‘odorless’. This form is quick and easy to take and has no after effects. I use this supplement form as a natural antibiotic. Bacteria, viruses, ‘Jimmy microbes’ as germs were referred to when I was a child, cannot live in a garlic environment. Believe me, it works in this capacity.

The videos attached, refreshed my knowledge of garlic, and hopefully will be beneficial for each of you watching as to the wonderful health effect that garlic can have on your life. Check them out.

 

 

The only constant in life is change. If you are one of those people who as a little kid decided that you ‘would never eat a specific food again’ because you didn’t like the way it tasted, I hope what you learned today has put a different perspective on that decision.  The more adaptable you are to change, the better equipped you’ll be to navigate life’s ups and downs especially when it comes to your health.

At this point consider shifting your focus from your old way of thinking to a new way of thinking and making what’s wrong in your life to what’s right. This is called positivity. Make this a strength and try to cultivate it within yourself. You’ll find that not only will you in this situation be able to endure the change, but you’ll also emerge stronger, wiser, and more resilient, and healthier than ever.

When God created the world, and all that is in it, He knew what we needed as humans to survive mentally, physically, and spiritually.

The following link provides information that I didn’t even know. Most people are familiar with ‘liver disease’ basically culminating from the overuse of alcohol. However, even though it is true, there are other factors that contribute to the cause of liver issues, one of which is obesity.

Acidosis?

Today’s tips are centered around ‘acidosis.‘ The body goes through stages of health starting with birth and ending in death. A pregnant mothers poor health is passed to the baby and in turn the babies health is prematurely compromised before birth.

  • When used excessively, caffeine begins leaching calcium from the bones.
  • Hydrogenated oils?  Consideration, man-made fats are produced by contaminating vegetable oil with hydrogen gas under super high pressure. The end result of hydrogenated oils is that they create artery blocking trans fats and they destroy bone density. An acidic reaction that transcends to many other areas of the body.
  • Acidity in the body is one of the causes for stones  – kidney, gall stones etc. It causes the cells to lose functionality when compromised. This condition is called ‘acidosis.’ Acidosis can be fixed by a change in the diet to eating more alkaline foods. A fruit based diet is good. It soothes and also gives energy.
  • Other health issues caused by acidosis include – itching, hair loss, dehydration, dried out skin, a weakened lymph system, pain in general is acidosis, dental issues, and the list goes on and on.
  • All dis-eases are created through the body’s chemistry.
  • A healthy body is alkaline based – not acid dominated. An acidic body condition is what the medical doctors of today call a diseased body, a body at dis-ease.
  • Acid forming foods cause mucosal issues. The mucosa is in the body for protection. when you mess that up you now have uncomfortable health issues. It has been proven that the number one mucosa destroying foods are the dairy proteins.  Hot peppers also are mucosa destroyers. This is a problem. You are basically killing yourself when you consume acidic foods, starting with the lungs, the sinus, bronchial, which are acute conditions. Acid foods are foreign to the human body because we are Frugivores. Most foods out there except for fruits and vegetables have a mucus forming response creating an acid environment. An acid environment can be met by bringing electrolytes into the diet to neutralize this. Electrolytes come from alkaline dominant foods. Acid foods create congestion, an acute manifestation such a cold /or flu, which the human has created by eating acid forming foods. A fever and coughing etc. is the body simply trying to get rid of the condition you created. Treating only the symptoms is the start of the process of health diseases because it is suppression of what the real cause is. You are now in the sub-acute stage where the mucus is yellow. The continuity of this stage by the use of pharmaceuticals and/or even natural herbs (the wrong ones), causes these manifestations to go deeper and deeper until you are now in the chronic state, where you now have created lymph stagnation, which imposing on the cells creates hyper or hypo conditions. The worsened chronic stage creates conditions of diseases to include thyroid issues, arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, Lyme disease, loss of calcium in the bones, varicose veins, depression, prolapses, cataracts, osteoporosis, etc. and etc. The things your body is witnessing is simply the body’s effort to deal with extreme chronic acidosis. It is important that you, as a lay person, understands all of this even if your doctor doesn’t. Treating only the symptoms is killing you and soon you will be in a world where the sun doesn’t shine.

The final stage of lymph toxicity and cellular destruction is weakness, decay, atrophy and or degenerative conditions to include heart issues and cancer. It is no longer inflammation on the outside of the cell…you are now breaking down the infrastructure of the cell, the cell inside of itself which is called intracellular acidosis causing the cell to mutate from there. At this point the cells are chewing up cells, in other words destroying themselves.

YOU MUST REMOVE THE ACIDS. Don’t wait to get to this point before you start a detox process. When you detox you can reverse the stages your body is going through. You start regenerating that which is degenerating. Start elimination symptoms that are stored in cell memories. Detox is walking through the world backwards and cleaning out all the mess you created, the mucus, the acids or what the body has created through its response mechanisms to the foreign proteins and foods that you put into your body by what you are eating every day.

In summary – as mentioned, your body goes through stages and each stage offers it’s own level of problems. You want to treat the cause of the issues in the earlier stages – acute, sub-acute by changing your eating habits. Don’t continue to let doctors treat the symptoms as diseases. Clean out the sewer system(lymph), your kidney’s, GI tract, bowels, etc. Study each stage you are experiencing – get rid of the fungus, growing through you. Go back to eating a living food diet. Man’s colon is in bad, bad shape, because of the high protein diets noted in a study done by the World Health Association. Something must be done and you can do it. With a living food diet you will be fixing the cause. Eat foods that are harmonious with homosapiens, specifically fruits, vegies, and herbs to fix the weaknesses. Remember it all starts at birth. Todays children are born already in a degenerative condition. They will be spending most of their lives trying to fix this inherited dilemma.

How About a Mushroom!

A comment most heard from my friends is “I Hate Mushrooms.” Also said is “they have no taste, they are ugly.” In my mind, what ever does that have to do with them being healthy for the body.

Did you know that mushrooms have been used as a means to heal in the world for centuries. Why? Because they contain compounds called beta glucans that have many health benefits, to include antiviral and immune-boosting effects. 

It is interesting to know that mushrooms are considered to be fungi. There are thousands of species and all have healing qualities, however, in todays world we are familiar with very few. The ones most familiar to folks are basically what you see in the grocery store…which are generally just called mushrooms. However, other species are slowly making their way into familiarity such as the Shitake – which have long been a staple of East Asian cuisine and used in traditional Chinese medicine. They have antiviral effects against several types of viruses, bolster immune defenses, boost secretion of antibodies that protect the digestive tract and reduce C-reactive protein, a marker of harmful chronic inflammation.

Another is Maitake – these mushrooms grow in various parts of the world and are commonly used in cooking. This one activates immune cells to fight infection.

Chaga – new on the scene grows primarily on birch trees in cold climates. They are powerful immunomodulators. In studies of mice they have been shown to keep down levels of the tumor necrosis factor – a marker of potentially harmful inflammation. They are also antiviral.

Studies show many mushrooms have been shown to “encourage the growth of healthy microbiota.”

In summary beta glucans are most responsible for all of the above mentioned benefits.

Not to be left off the list is a mushroom called ‘Lions Mane.‘ This mushroom, I learned about recently, is being found by researchers to lower cancer risk. 

All mushrooms, are low in calories , can be eaten raw as a healthy snack, mixed into a salad or cooked into different dishes. The latest – shown me by my daughter is crunchy mushrooms – mushrooms which are similar to potato chips.

This seems to be the day for sharing fabulous health video and information links. I cannot do justice to by just taking notes or trying to repeat in my words what is being expressed or talked about in what I am sharing.

Starting with something simple:

…strenuous exercise leads to a buildup of lactic acid – which can cause muscle pain and fatigue. Baking soda has been found to boost performance in athletes due to its ability to neutralize lactic acid buildup. Recipe’s for making your own ‘health concoction’. 

Ingredients:
– ½ teaspoon unprocessed sea salt
– ¼ teaspoon baking soda
– 7 cups coconut water
– ½ cup lemon juice
– ¼ cup raw honey
Instructions:
1. Heat the coconut water on low and mix in baking soda until it is dissolved.
2. Add other ingredients and pour mixture into glass jar.
3. Shake well before use.
4. This will keep for a week in the refrigerator.

Coconut water: Although coconut water has a deceptively light consistency, it has higher levels of minerals such as iron, magnesium, manganese, calcium and zinc than many fruits, including the famously healthy orange. Additionally, coconut water has high amounts of B-vitamins, such as niacin, thiamin, riboflavin and pyridoxine and is extremely high in potassium.

As well, other benefits of coconut water include: antioxidant properties, may help lower blood pressure, prevent kidney stones; supports heart health and is especially beneficial after prolonged exercise. It is a great hydration source…electrolyte-filled and is delicious. 

Raw honey: One of the substantial benefits of choosing raw organic honey from your area is that it contains immune stimulating properties from the area where the bees collected pollen. This means that it can actually help to desensitize you to local allergens, potentially lessening your allergy symptoms.

Are you suffering from acid reflux? I hear this comment all the time, especially after folks have eaten spicy foods. Acid reflux typically results from having too little acid in your stomach, you can help improve this by mixing 2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered, apple cider vinegar into a 6 to 8 ounce glass of water. By adding ¼ teaspoon of baking soda to this mixture will further help neutralize your internal fire. Be prepared, however: this mixture will foam – so wait for it to slow down before you drink it.

Many folks just want to chug down a glass of water with baking soda in it to ease a bout of acid reflux, but you can add supplemental benefits by replacing the water with organic green tea – add ¼ teaspoon of baking soda to an 8 ounce cup before drinking. Enjoy daily, but keeping in mind that if acid reflux continues to the point of ongoing pain and discomfort it would be wise to contact a good natural healing oriented doctor.

You may be familiar with some of or even all of the tips below, but in this case repetition can be good. It is easy to say to yourself when you hear or see something, ‘I like that, I will have to remember it.’ Yet how easily we get distracted and forget or don’t follow through with our intentions. Hopefully, each of you will gain some knowledge of things you may never have heard of or don’t already know. Here we go….

TIPS – from various sources – doctors, scientific information and my notes from webinars and workshops. 

  • 3 tsp Black cumin Seed Oil per day is good to control exposure to radiation.
  • An MRI suffocates blood and destroys cells. Not good. All of creation is made up of atoms, so the body – bones, tissues, organs and glands – is made up of cells – over  75 trillion cells. Each cell is as individual as you are. They have their assignment to perform certain tasks, while all working together in harmony. You CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE OR DESTROY ANY OF YOUR CELLS.     Inflammation is the body’s way of telling you there is something wrong. See your doctor.

    Foods that reduce inflammation – Omega 3’s and healthy oils in fatty fish like salmon, tuna, sardine and anchovies. (Must be wild caught) The best oil is Olive oil (check the label for source), others are high-oleic sunflower or safflower oil. Dark colored fruit: cherries, blueberries and blackberries. Seeds, nuts and whole grains – flax, pumpkin seeds and walnuts. Grains – quinoa (best), whole wheat, barley oats and rye. Green tea. Seaweed – this super edible algae has potent anti-inflammatory properties.

Many new methods to restore, maintain, and/or fix health issues because of old methods not working are being introduced by researchers from all around the world.

I could take extensive notes to share much of this new information, but it would take thousands and thousands of words in a blog. I have learned, from my experience of owning a business, that most folks, because of the fast lane lives we are trying to live in today – like a quick easy fix, and less to read when it comes to learning things, or receiving information.

Techtronics, in my opinion is great, but I cringe sometimes when I think about what it is doing to the minds of both the young and elderly people of today. So much stress – mentally and physically – to the point that the health of many is going astray.
