The Japanese professor of physiology or medicine, Professor Dr Tasuku Honjo, caused a sensation today in the media by saying that the corona virus is not natural. if it is natural, it will not have affected the whole world like that. Because, depending on the nature, the temperature is different in different countries. if it were natural, it would only have affected countries with the same temperature as China. instead, it spreads to a country like Switzerland, the same way it spreads to desert areas. whereas if it were natural, it would have spread in cold places, but would have died in hot places. I have done 40 years of research on animals and viruses. It is not natural. It is manufactured and the virus is completely artificial. I have been working for 4 years in the Wuhan laboratory in China. I know all the staff of this laboratory well. I called them all after the Corona accident. but, all of their phones have been dead for 3 months. It is now understood that all of these laboratory technicians are dead.

Based on all of my knowledge and research to date, I can say this with 100% confidence that Corona is not natural. It did not come from bats. China made it. if what I say today turns out to be false now or even after I die, the government can withdraw my Nobel Prize. but China is lying and this truth will one day be revealed to all.

How can you deal with the COVID virus? I hope the following will help you understand how the body functions in relation to not only the COVID virus but all viruses.

  • COVID virus – The two pillars of life are alkaline and acid. The more acidic you are the harder it is to breathe. This makes sense when you consider that having trouble breathing is one of the symptoms of the COVID virus. In reality, the more acidic your body is, the easier it is to get sick from any virus. Acidosis is the base of all diseases. The body should be 80% Alkaline and 20% acid. The life style most people live today makes them more like 80% Acid and 20% Alkaline – just the opposite of what it should be. Acidity causes pain, inflammation, swelling, corrosion of cells, dehydration, etc. Alkalinity is the healer, the body builder, the immune system builder, the blood builder.  Your health determines your quality of life.     DETOXING for COVID1) Start the detox with a 1 -2 day water fast. You can put fresh squeezed lemon juice in the water. This will start the cleansing process without shocking the system. 2) Fruit, berries, melons, grapes, are the ultimate diet for detoxing; building the immune system which is doing its duty trying to heal the body by getting rid of the protein – the flu virus. You can add a salad of greens once in a while.
    3) Hydrate. Alcoholic beverages, soda pop, sugary drinks, Gatorade – does not hydrate. WATER hydrates. 4) After 2-3 weeks of detoxing you can add supplements such as  herbal tonic formulas. 5) Eliminate red meats.     SUMMARY: COVID is a virus of which there are many and different types. It is an acid which is RNA or DNA with proteins wrapped around it. It can be produced in a laboratory easily. For years viruses have been studied as a form of germ warfare. The medical books and the medical field of doctors are slanted to the concept of diseases as theory, because that is what has been taught in medical schools for centuries. A theory is not the truth of things. The truth of the body is that it is made up of exclusively cells (a 100 trillion or so). They are structured and have specific functions. Glands are added to control everything; then the organs which do all kinds of functions; then the connective tissues which hold everything together, and etc. Every cell is a little person unto itself – it is like it’s own little city. Also added is the mind, soul, and emotions, which the pandemic has affected in a myriad of ways to include suicide, violence, depression, and the taking away of personal freedom of choice.

DARK SPOTS – on the skin. Most of you have been told they are age spots, that as you get older these just automatically appear. Not so!

Sun Spots

  • Dark spots can be of many different varieties. Some – especially the ugly reddish brown to black which are generally quite large are usually caused by prescription heart medications.
  • Sun damage is also a big factor, especially if you started young as a sun worshiper. Glycation – a chemical reaction in the melanin to which sugar and protein and heat (sun) combined cause the dark spotting…as in the picture. If you don’t want this to happen you can slow it down by cutting down on sugar. Or just stay out of the sun. These can turn cancerous – known as Melanoma. Melanoma is noted as one of the most killing of the cancers.
  • Good nutrition. You seem to be hearing that a lot lately – is always what is needed to reduce, diminish or stop many skin issues.
  • Last but not least, the melanin which is evenly distributed in the skin when you are young and which gives the skin its color, can, as you age, begin to cluster on various spots of the skin all over the body. This is the result of the chemistry change in the body for different reasons such as a poor diet, medications, smoking, alcohol consumption, along with too much sun, etc.

NITRIC OXIDE in the blood…
Nitric oxide is produced by nearly every type of cell in the human body and one of the most important molecules for blood vessel health. It’s a vasodilator, meaning it relaxes the inner muscles of your blood vessels, causing the vessels to widen. In this way, nitric oxide increases blood flow and lowers blood pressure. I mentioned in an earlier blog that this is what helps to keep the heart pumping. Foods that are high in ‘nitric oxide’ are as follows: red beets, citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruit, lemons, limes), leafy greens (spinach, kale, arugula), Poultry, Seafood, garlic, watermelon, pomegranate, nuts and seeds. celery, watercress, parsley, chinese cabbage, cabbage, dill, turnips, carrots, broccoli, cucumber, cauliflower, and as a treat – Dark Chocolate. 

ADVERSITY – I don’t usually preach, but as we all have been asked to stay home, etc.  I find a need to follow the directions of one of the Spiritual leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints – Russell M. Ballard: “If we are going to be staying at home think of home as the place to pray. You can feel Heavenly Father’s spirit and you can feel the hand of the Lord in your life wherever you find peace to say your prayers. Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God.” This can happen everyday of your life. Pray for divine guidance and offer gratitude for blessings already received. Remember America is a nation founded on prayer, and preserved by prayer. Have faith, revelation is alive and is still operating in the life of each of us on an individual basis as we live our lives righteously. Our Lord Jesus Christ loves us with a love beyond our ability to comprehend. Everything will turn out okay if we just turn our hearts in the right direction toward our Father in Heaven (GOD) and Jesus Christ as savior and redeemer of all mankind.”

During this pandemic going physically to church has been prohibited. So during this time our home has to be our sanctuary of FAITH.

This is a short blog to update everyone on the pandemic we are living, from the use of Face Masks, to what the future may hold for everyone in the world.

The information in the first short video has been known in the medical circles for years. My question is why none of the powers that be were made aware of the danger of face masks before telling us, the public, what to do putting us all at risk healthwise – not from the virus, but from the use of face masks.  This videos backs up what I stated in an earlier blog – that when using/wearing a face mask you are breathing and exhaling bad or germ filled air; that the oxygen is not clean – because you are creating carbon dioxide – thereby impairing the immune system and causing illness. As businesses reopen, many are requiring shoppers and employees to wear a face mask. Costco, for instance, will not allow shoppers into the store without wearing a face mask. Many employers are requiring all employees to wear a face mask while at work. In some jurisdictions, all citizens must wear a face mask if they are outside of their own home.  ⁃ TN Editor

By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain.

I continue to talk to people who are so panic stricken they will in the future, or have already jeopardized their health. It is a good idea to look at all your options. I have researched many other doctors who say basically the same thing. My question – why is this so hard to understand. To me it makes a lot of sense.

What does it mean? If you haven’t already heard this terminology on TV, in ads, magazines, etc., do you have any idea what it means? I could not even find a definition for it. My conclusion is that it refers to the new technical gadgets that have come into being since the technical age was introduced into society many years ago.

So what gadgets have humans all over the world become addicted to? I’ll start with the electric typewriter, which turned into the desktop computer – of which there are many different types to include laptops, tablets, hand held, and last but not least, the CELL PHONE. With the computer came the need for a service/device to make COMPUTERS and CELL PHONES work which is called WiFi. Thus came the influx of Intel, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc. you get the picture.

This discussion will be about WiFi and Cell phones – which in essence have turned into mini computers that you hold in your hand, talk to for information (replacing the Encyclopedia/Dictionary), directions (GPS), text (non-talk to friends and family), etc. Cell phones seem to be causing us to lose human contact with each other by speaking and/or seeing and visiting. Is it any wonder the powers that be, have been able to take over our lives, and take away our freedoms by telling us what we need, have, or should be doing?

I’ve proclaimed for years that the only thing you can be sure of in this world is CHANGE. I’m all for technology, but when it leads to danger to humanity, that changes my perspective.

Cell Phones have changed from lower frequency EMF emissions – 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G, and now, to 5G. We are being inundated with TV ads that 5G is faster and more efficient than the other G’s- but what do we really know about 5G.

What does the ‘G ‘stand for? The ‘G’ stands for the generation for wireless technology. The generation count increases when new technology comes out. In short, it denotes the advancement of technology from older to newer.  1G was the first cell phone; 2G was digitized and did not allow you to receive or send texts; 3G became mobile broadband, and 4G which is the current technology permits you to do many things. You use your phone as a computer, you text, you use it as a GPS, keep in touch on FaceBook, and etc.

With all of this technology comes EMF (Electromagnetic field) exposure which seems to have become a big problem with the many mystery illnesses in humans today. What people need to understand, is that the body is a very electric organism. The heart, brain, and many cellular and metabolic processes operate through electrical charges, which are interrupted by EMF’s. I have spent many days watching, listening to and reading about EMF issues regarding the 5G  – which has already become the next generation in Cell Phones. EMF issues started with the microwave oven – so it is nothing new. With Cell phones, the WiFi Router became the problem. A WiFi router is the access point that allows you to connect a computer or phone to the internet wirelessly. A router lets you connect many devices to the internet and to each other e.g. more computers, a printer, a smart phone or two, and a security camera, etc.

Is there a safe zone for radiation exposure on a Wifi Router?  Wireless routers give off electromagnetic radiation in the low-gigahertz frequency, this level is considered potentially dangerous to people. The danger from WiFi routers is intensified by several factors, such as age, duration, general health, and your overall wifi EMF exposures. Up until recently with the new 5G cell phones, the EMF exposure has been relatively safe. So why the hype about 5G cell phone radiation?

Over the past few years people have been experiencing different health anomalies that doctors have not been able to pinpoint the cause of, or why. With use of the 5G, which some folks already have purchased, the health issues have worsened. New means of distribution boxes (as I call them) for receiving 5G have already been put into place – on Cell towers, light poles, the top of building, schools, and even homes. 5G and 4G work simultaneously with one another as 4G uses lower frequency waves, so reception towers can be set up miles apart and still work fine; while 5G reception towers need to be much closer together because the network uses much shorter and higher frequency wavelengths.

If WiFi and Cell phone radiation affects a person’s health, how do we know and, what can we do to protect ourselves? Basically in everything I researched the scientific conclusions were the same…

SYMPTOMS: of radiation exposure…

With radiation exposure the symptoms can include the following: Head feeling hot, dizziness, confusion, altered spatial awareness, pain in the ear of which the cell phone is held to, fatigue, light sensitivity, constant headaches (especially migraine), burning sensations over the whole body, prickly, tingling skin, stomach pain, gas, loose stool, high blood pressure, heart palpitations and other cardiovascular problems, a stiff neck, joint pain in shoulders/arms, tight/stiff muscles, a metallic taste in the mouth, dark circles under the eyes, deterioration of eyesight, cramps in feet and legs, anxiety/irritability, depression, pain in the back of the ear, tinnitus, hormonal disturbance, sleeping disorders, and the list goes on.

You might say that ‘if cell phones are so dangerous, why am I not affected? It is not because you can’t feel anything that you are not affected. Any kind of radio-frequency radiation (which started with microwave ovens), have adverse biological effects on the health of the body’s cells, which determines the health of the body and ultimately how a person feels. There is a lot of science which shows that cell phone radiation has a detrimental effect on a person’s health. Check it out. (US National Toxicology Program (NTP) – So what has been found?

DISEASES:

Symptoms indicate the condition of many dis-eases (as I call them). In the event of radiation toxicity they can and are known to scientifically include the following: the big ‘C’ Cancer – specifically, brain but also other organs (adrenal, kidney, etc.), and tissues in and around your head and all over your body, autism, infertility, Alzheimer’s, Thyroid,  inflammatory issues, impaired immune system, mitochondria damage, blood and brain barrier breaches- especially in newborns, skin (your skin has little antennas all over it that attracts microwave radiation). EMF Radiation, in essence, disturbs the chemical balance of the body making it more vulnerable to the biological invasion of bacteria and viruses, which in turn, weakens the body, and the list goes on and on., 

Are you experiencing any of the things on the lists? If you are, you might want to assess your personal situation where WiFi and Cell Phones are used. Another means in place today that emit dangerous levels of EMF radiation – what is being called ‘dirty power’ include the smart meters that are replacing the old fashion electric reading meters on your house, TV entertainment systems, Cable TV, Roku, wireless printers/mouses,
keyboards, Bluetooth, baby monitors, fit bits, your neighbors exposure, etc. 

HOW TO PROTECT YOURSELF: What can you do to protect yourself?

  • INTERNAL protection should be first. There are several natural products that hugely enhance the ability of the body to not absorb the waves. They include: rosemary, propolis from the bees (can be purchased in liquid form), coriander, a supplement called ‘Ray Wave’, skin creams that makes the skin reflective of WiFi. They contain saffron and several other herbal ingredients, with nothing chemical in them. Creams and lotions are absorbed into the bloodstream through the skin. Essential Oils can also be beneficial. Do your own research.
  • DETOXIFICATION. Since metals are absorbed into your system by radiation as well as other means – it is necessary to detoxify for metals. Everyone has a significant toxic metal burden to include Lead; Cadmium from the car exhaust; mercury – of which most are already aware of from eating fish and having mercury fillings; ambient air; iron – from eating too much red meat), and many other sources. Per Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, “it’s the metals that are mostly resonant with the WiFi. A big strategy is to detox people from heavy metals.” He also said, “it is interesting that with the announcement that 5G is going to be the new deal – that same day, the FDA in the US stopped the availability of DMPS – the main drug that we need to get these metals out of people. The FDA (when they did this) said that 5G is safe. They ruled out the use of metal detox agents, and the main metal detox agent was removed from the list of things available.”  He further stated: “Detoxing METALS is a huge issue, since when exposed to WiFi, your white blood count goes down. If your white blood count is lower than 5,500 of which 5,500 to 6,000 is the normal, goes down to 4,000 or 3,500, it can be an indicator of a chronic viral infection, parasites, and etc. But, most likely it’s an indicator of too much high WiFi exposure.”
  • MOLDHow?  Biotoxins. “The mold sensitivity of people who have mold in their homes, is largely driven by the WiFi environment. And also, homes that have a little bit of mold, that were never a problem before, are now a problem. Why? Because the little bit of mold that’s there is producing hundreds of times more biotoxins than before. The treatment is to clean up the home from mold. You have to turn off the WiFi because that mold on the walls grow as they are upset. They can use the radiation for their own growth.”(Per Dr. Klinghardt)
  • DISTANCE yourself from the EMF exposure. If not using your cell phone, turn it off or put it in another room. Limit your usage. Don’t sleep with it in the room. Put it in airplane mode when not using it. Turn off the WiFi.
  • DEVICES for external protection. There are many internet sites where you can purchase protection for smart meters; Pendant necklaces for your body; clothing, etc. Do not purchase direction talking appliances for the home to include an Alexis, doorbell, camera, etc. Decline a ‘smart’ meter from your electric company if you are able. Limit your time on the computer. Don’t buy a self driven automobile. The new ones you already have are radiation traps. If you start now you can reverse damage that’s already been done and avoid new damage. 
  • CHECK  your living area – how close are you to power lines, cell phone towers, dirty electricity from the neighbors, etc.
  • TAKE SUPPLEMENTS – Magnesium (of which most of us have too little of) acts as a natural calcium channel blocker which EMF’s disrupt in the cells of the body – which in turn puts stress on the heart. 300-400 mg. is the usual recommendation – or consult with your doctor.
  • INFRARED SAUNAS – kill any cells that have been weakened by radiation from EMFs.
  • GROUND yourself daily – which means giving your body  a negative charge. How? Take a walk in the woods, at the beach, swim in the ocean, walk barefoot in the grass or around the house.  The goal is to reduce exposure and help your body detox and recover. START TODAY!
  • EDUCATE YOUR WHOLE FAMILY.  YOUR FUTURE MAY DEPEND ON IT! 

SUMMARY: Educate yourself on facts. Some of you may be affected by EMF immediately and some 1 – 10 years from now. As it seems, we are subjects of a huge experiment with studies going back as far as WWI. Satellites are already in place 350 feet in the atmosphere, to direct the dangerous radiation waves. From what I could find out through my research, there is no regulation on EMF radiation at this time. The FCC has done no testing and has not scheduled any safety testing to be done any time soon. Leonard Hardel PhD, Researcher stated “the FCC  is ignoring any health issues that might be in the making.” My question is, will they do as was done with Pharmaceutical companies, come out with a statement that “they are not responsible” if, in case, there are health issues connected to radiation danger? “Radiation doesn’t just affect people, it also takes a toll on the birds, insects, plants (making them prone to spontaneous combustion), and animals. All study information is currently being suppressed.”

The final CONSENSUS is that we need to go back to fiber optics to give us relief from this massive amount of radiation exposure. Contact your Congressman – people in charge of your communities. Many are not even aware of what is going on with this issue. Encourage them to make changes for the betterment of humanity. The government may be far more liable than they think they are.

Today heart disease, also known as atherosclerosis, is the nation’s #1 killer. Any disease that ends in osis or itis is associated with inflammation, somewhere in the body. In the case of cardiac disease the common concern is the endothelial cells that line the inside of your blood vessels. “When these cells become dysfunctional because of excessive LDL cholesterol, high blood pressure, or inflammation, the damage attracts immune cells, which accumulate excess fatty deposits like LDL cholesterol, cell waste and circulating calcium.”  The arteries narrow and harden due to arterial plaque which over time restricts blood flow and the arteries can actually rupture or break apart. And, as I said, ‘the beat goes on’ to cause strokes, cause heart attacks, clog the arteries, and block the blood flow to the brain.

I found an article in the Life Extension magazine that tells us there are 4 Stages of Arterial Plaque. They are as follows:

  1. Intimal thickening: During intimal thickening, the inner layers of your vascular endothelium accumulate smooth muscle cells and extracellular matrix.
  2. Fatty Streaks: One of the early signs of heart disease, fatty streaks, can be reversed with timely lifestyle and diet changes and/or medication.
  3. Fibro-calcific plaque: Fibrous plaques restrict blood flow. They are composed of a thick (fibrous) cap that encapsulates accumulated cellular debris.

How can you keep the heart healthy?

Chronic pain is experienced by more than 100 million people on a daily basis. Since pain-relieving drugs often fail to heal injured tissue, they only alleviate the outward symptoms, making it necessary to address the real underlying cause.

Common over-the-counter pain relievers come with risks to include: ibuprofen – you have greater odds of suffering a heart attack; naproxen (Aleve) – odds again of suffering a heart attack. And, of course over-prescribed addictive opioids have led to an alarming amount of more than 500,000 deaths since the year 2000.

Because of the above facts, scientists are aggressively researching for safer alternatives to relieve pain. Their research has led them to the above mentioned natural fatty acid compound called palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), that works at the site of tenderness to turn off the pain signal.  PEA lowers inflammation to include sciatica nerve pain, migraine headache pain, carpal tunnel pain, and TMJ pain (a chronic condition that causes severe jaw discomfort). It is found that PEA’s anti-inflammatory effects in combination with levodopa therapy may also help slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease.

VITAMIN C
Is in the news again because of the COVID-19 pandemic. You will hear about it being a good thing, and about it being a bad thing, depending on who you listen to. Fact humans do not internally produce vitamin C.

Way back when, it was discovered to avoid scurvy, however, today researchers have found that vitamin C promotes a longer lifespan and can help prevent many of the disorders related to aging, cancer, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, etc. Vitamin C is also beneficial to the immune system, helping to prevent viral respiratory infections like the common cold. Further scientific studies have found that “higher vitamin C intake is associated with greater bone mass, and that lower vitamin C intake correlates with bone loss.”

If this information is factual, then why would the CDC and its minions say Vitamin C will not help fight the corona virus impact. Boosting the immune system and fighting immune senescence is what it is all about. 

“Daily vitamin C supplementation plays a vital role in optimizing our body’s ability to combat oxidative stress and protect against many of the diseases associated with life and aging.”

I just watched a video on taking Vitamin C. It was suggested that everyone needs to take Vitamin C everyday – at least 1000 mg. to huge amounts e.g. 16,000 mg. depending on each individual’s body chemistry/disease overload. Children should not need more than 1000 mg. per day depending on age, size, and health issues. It was said to be a Vitamin that “when taken daily, will keep you from getting sick.” It will combat disease, and definitely help keep the immune system in good working order. The name of the movie is “That Vitamin Movie!” It is in a documentary format. It’s your call as to whether you want to take more vitamin C if you are already taking it, or start if you are not. For years, Vitamin C has been one of the supplements that I use. I do 3000 to 5000 per day, sometimes all at the same time or spread out throughout the day. Since my immune system is very healthy, I don’t take it everyday. I take it more to ward off sickness, as I feel the need for it, as I get it naturally in many of the foods that I eat. In my opinion, it works to combat a myriad of health issues. When buying, buy a good quality Vitamin C. Ask for help at your health food store, if you are just learning about vitamin supplementation.

The conclusion of the movie was that Vitamin C as well as other vitamin supplementation does, in fact, have long term benefits, as it treats the cause and not symptoms of health issues. In the event of the COVID-19 virus, the larger the dose you take of Vitamin C – the quicker you will get better. Are the doses dangerous? No, because the body does not make Vitamin C – as was noted earlier. The body uses what it needs and discards the rest. That is why you need to take it everyday. The body is self healing if you give it what it needs. 

Bell’s Palsy – is a disease that you hear very little of today.  What do you know about it? I discovered an article written by Dsonta Holder many years ago, and here is what it said:

  • Symptoms: “The nerve that controls your facial muscles becomes swollen or compressed, causing half of your face to temporarily paralyze or weaken and appear to droop.” This can be scary as it usually happens suddenly and may be accompanied by a headache, loss of taste, changes in the amount of saliva and tears your body produces. The warning signs may be neck pain or pain in or behind the ear before the onset of the incident.
  • Danger: Is it dangerous? It may prevent you from closing your eye or eyes, therefore you will need to keep the eyes moist with eye-drops during the day and an eye ointment at night. These can be purchased at the pharmacy.  “If your cornea become too dry, it can cause permanent vision loss.
  • Causes: “Viral infections such as viral meningitis, herpes simplex, shingles and chickenpox can lead to the disorder. Bacterial infections such as Lyme disease and tuberculosis, as well as a skull fracture, can also lead to Bell’s Palsy.” That is quite a list.
  • Risk factors: occur more often in people who have diabetes, HIV or an upper respiratory infections such as a cold or the flu. Women in the last trimester can also be at risk. I would assume it would be only if she is experiencing any of the symptoms or causes listed above.
  • Treatment:Some cases subside on their own within weeks.” It goes on to say that if the case persists usually “corticosteroids and antiviral medications are prescribed to relieve facial compression.” Other helps include: massaging and exercising the facial muscles, surgery to relieve pressure on the facial nerve – this is rarely recommended, and would be a last resort. In summary, and the good news – most people recover completely, with or without treatment within six months.

Cod Liver Oil

Cod Liver Oil was around when I was a kid, and long before that. However, I don’t think I ever knew what it was or why it was being given to me. So, what is Cod Liver Oil?

Fat Oil Drop With ...Webster’s Dictionary says it is “an oil obtained from the liver of the cod and closely related fishes, and is used as a source of Vitamins A and D.” I assumed by the name that it was probably from the liver of the Cod fish, and now we know it is a good source of 2 important vitamins. That brings up the question of what else is it good for?

I don’t have a set of the Encyclopedia Britannica anymore, so I had to google Wikipedia. The following is what I found.

  • Cod Liver Oil is considered an Omega-3 fatty acid, which we know is linked to many health benefits, to include reducing inflammation and lower blood pressure.
  • The Vitamin A in it is good for healthy eyes, brain function and skin.
  • The Vitamin D is 113% of the daily requirement for Vitamin D which has the important role of maintaining healthy bones by regulating calcium absorption.
  • It may reduce joint pain and improve Rheumatoid Arthritis symptoms which are both inflammation issues.
  • It may support and protect against the diseases of glaucoma and age related macular degeneration. Both are considered inflammatory conditions of the eyes.
  • It has been found to Reduce Heart Disease risk by reducing triglycerides, lowering blood pressure, increasing HDL cholesterol and preventing plaque formation in the arteries.
  • It may improve anxiety and depression – more studies need to be done on this as the scientists are not clear on how it does this.
  • It may help heal stomach and gut ulcers which are small breaks in the lining of these areas. A lot of animal studies have been done, but scientists are still working on Human studies.

How do you add it to your diet? In my day it was taken in liquid form. Today, it can be taken in liquid form or in capsule form. In liquid form 1 -2 teaspoons per day is safe. You don’t want to overdo because of the Vitamin A content, which when you take too much of can become toxic and also “cause liver damage.” (told to me by a heart specialist).

Face Masks – Update

Face Masks and Surgical Masks for COVID-19: Manufacturing ...I feel the public needs to have all the facts regarding face mask wearing. My research on COVID-19 disclosed that humans need to be exposed to germs in order to keep their immune systems in good working order. There was also scientific information stating the COVID virus is just a virus that is no more dangerous than all the other viruses for which there were no pandemic actions taken. The real numbers (which are different from what the public has been told) show that people dying are mostly those who have compromised immune systems. As well, in regards to many of those who have died, it is yet to be proved that they had the virus or were even exposed to the virus – especially since the CDC mandated that doctors put on a person’s death certificate that they died of the COVID virus even if they died from injuries in an automobile accident.

The CDC and Dr. Fauci have led people to believe one thing regarding the virus and the masks, and as of lately are now reversing what they said.

I receive research information everyday regarding this pandemic, of which one organization is ‘Green Med – the science of natural healing’. They have asked that the following information be shared. It is a small portion of the scientific information that I read, but feel it is important for the public to know about.

During the era of COVID-19, we see more and more people wearing face masks. The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) currently recommends that everyone wear a mask even if they appear healthy with no signs of disease. Various government officials are mandating the wearing of face masks in public settings. It seems evident that this would help to stop the spread of any infection. But does it really make sense? Is it supported by science? Are there any adverse consequences of wearing a mask?

Face masks increased risk of infection – Current panic has led to everyone wearing masks even when walking outdoors or while driving in their cars. Such fear-based decision making is not scientifically supported.

“For the average member of the public walking down a street, it [wearing a mask] is not a good idea.” – Dr. Jenny Harries

More importantly, the use of face masks may actually increase the risk of contracting the virus. Dr. Jenny Harries, England’s deputy chief medical officer, warned that it was not a good idea for the general public to wear facemasks and should only be worn if someone is overtly sick. The virus can get trapped in the material and causes infection when the wearer breathes in. Also,

“What tends to happen is people will have one mask. They won’t wear it all the time, they will take it off when they get home, they will put it down on a surface they haven’t cleaned. Behavioral issues could adversely put themselves at more risk of getting the infection. For instance, people go out and don’t wash their hands, they touch parts of the mask or their face, and they get infected.”

According to Russell Blaylock, MD,

There is another danger to wearing these masks on a daily basis, especially if worn for several hours. When a person is infected with a respiratory virus, they will expel some of the virus with each breath. If they are wearing a mask, especially an N95 mask or other tightly fitting mask,they will be constantly rebreathing the viruses, raising the concentration of the virus in the lungs, and the nasal passages.

Face masks ineffective in stopping COVID-19 – A recent study in the Annals of Internal Medicine showed, that even surgical masks are ineffective in preventing the spreading of disease from the coughs of patients with COVID-19.

“Neither surgical nor cotton masks effectively filtered SARS-CoV-2 during coughs by infected patients… However, the size and concentrations of SARS-CoV-2 in aerosols generated during coughing are unknown. Oberg and Brousseau demonstrated that surgical masks did not exhibit adequate filter performance against aerosols measuring 0.9, 2.0, and 3.1 μm in diameter. Lee and colleagues showed that particles 0.04 to 0.2 μm can penetrate surgical masks. The size of the SARS-CoV particle from the 2002-2004 outbreak was estimated as 0.08 to 0.14 μm; assuming that SARS-CoV-2 has a similar size, surgical masks are unlikely to effectively filter this virus.

In conclusion, both surgical and cotton masks seem to be ineffective in preventing the dissemination [spreading] of SARS-CoV-2 from the coughs of patients with COVID-19 to the environment and external mask surface.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci on face masks – Dr. Fauci has been director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases since 1984 and is the figurehead in the United States in regards to COVID-19. His interview on 60 Minutes Overtime makes it clear that masks are not necessary and potentially harmful for the general public to wear masks. This is the transcript of part of the interview.

Fauci: The masks are important for someone that is infected to prevent them from infecting someone else… Right now, people in the United States shouldn’t be walking around with masks.

Interviewer: You’re sure of it?

Fauci: Right now, people should not be walking, there’s no reason to be walking around with a mask. When you’re in the middle of an outbreak wearing a mask might make people feel a little bit better, and it might even block a droplet, but it’s not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is. And often there are unintended consequences. People keep fiddling with the mask, and they keep touching their face.

Interviewer: And you can get some shmutz sort of staying inside there?

Fauci: Of course. Of course. But when you think of mask, you should think about health care providers needing them and people who are ill.

Conclusion – It’s clear that the current directive to wear masks by the general public isn’t scientifically supported. Even in the case of the flu, there is no conclusive evidence of their efficiency in controlling flu virus transmission. Also, the use of masks can be creating more spread of diseases than it prevents. Personal observations seem to indicate that most people don’t know how to correctly put on, wear, or dispose of face masks, and this is causing more harm than good. Moreover, the fear that has been generated by everyone wearing masks because many believe that everyone else is going to cause them to get sick and possibly die and the resultant impact on their psyche and immune system, cannot be underestimated.

Historically, in any type of epidemic, only the infected would wear a mask, not all those who are not sick. This type of unscientific recommendations has never been used to contain any other virus pandemic or epidemic in history. So why are face masks being mandated for this virus where most people experience no or very mild symptoms? According to Dr. Blaylock,

This is somewhat of an unusual virus in that for the vast majority of people infected by the virus, one experiences either no illness (asymptomatic) or very little sickness. Only a very small number of people are at risk of a potentially serious outcome from the infection–mainly those with underlying serious medical conditions in conjunction with advanced age and frailty, those with immune compromising conditions and nursing home patients near the end of their lives.

“Those who wear masks are constantly re-breathing the viruses, raising the concentration of the virus in the lungs and the nasal passages. By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and can travel into the brain.” (ReferenceReferenceReference)

Therefore,  “forcing healthy people to become immune suppressed by constantly wearing masks that recirculate exhaled CO2 waste and deplete optimal oxygen uptake, is at best misguided, at worst criminal, given the known data.”

MILK: from the Cow. This is one drink I frown on for overall health. New scientific studies are showing that drinking a lot of milk increases risk of prostate cancer in  men, and breast cancer in women. Milk of animals is the blood of that animal minus the hemoglobin. You are at high risk if you drink even one glass of milk a day. Mother cows wean their calves off their milk at six months.  We should do the same, and never drink it again. There are many alternatives for milk today, Almond, Coconut, Cashew, etc. (avoid Soy because of probable contaminants from the way it is grown). Nut milks are delicious and healthier.

BLACK: For Health….black beans, black rice, dark fruits and vegetables, black radish, black cumin seed oil. I love black cumin seed oil. It helps balance the immune system, is good for aging, the cardiovascular system, and lessening pain. Eat black garlic for the blood, and black pepper corn to alleviate sinus issues.

GLUTATHIONE – a term used when it comes to maintaining good health is not found in a supplement. It is found in broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale, watercress, mustard greens, garlic and onions. If you don’t like these foods, it might be a good idea to learn to like them. They are all beneficial to your overall health, and maintaining a non-compromised immune system.

Did you know that the blood of many ‘blood donors’ is laced with caffeine, drugs from prescriptions, and alcohol. The blood bank asks for good, clean blood, but does not always get it, no matter how thorough they are on the questions folks have to answer before donating. People are not always truthful. The good thing. Before you get a blood transfusion the blood is checked. If anything is in the blood that might be harmful, that blood is thrown out. I am sure this is why blood banks are always asking for donors. (This info came from a Blood Bank in my area).

BEET JUICE – Red beets, a vegetable that many of you probably hated as a child, are now the rage as a healthy nutritional food source. I have always loved red beets, I pickle them, cook them with the green tops (when I can find a bunch that look fresh), use the fresh crisp tops in salads, put the tops in smoothies, and etc. Pickled they are a great probiotic. However, now the rage is BEET JUICE. Beet juice is a nitric-oxide boosting food. Nitric oxide (NO) helps to lower blood pressure and increase blood flow. It also boosts your exercise performance, and enhances your brain health by forming new neural connections as you age. It is high in natural sugar so drink it in moderation.

EXFOLIATION – For you who are beauty conscious, who are aware already that dead skin cells accumulate on the surface of your skin, be it your face or any other part of your body – usually arms and legs. These dead skin cells give you a dull appearance. Exfoliation is the way to remove the dead surface skin cells, which in turn stimulate your skin’s deeper layers to create new cells on the surface. The method used to exfoliate is the use of an exfoliating brush, scrub or cleanser. Microdermabrasion is another surface treatment for exfoliation, however, some dermatologists are saying that even though this type of exfoliation has been found to increase collagen synthesis, improving skin structure and promoting skin rejuvenation, it, as well, can do damage when this method is applied too often.

Homemade products can be used – to include: sugar, oats, salt or baking soda to slough off dead skin (but, be careful), again, to not overdo it. Apple cider vinegar, which contains alpha-hydroxy acid is also excellent for an at home gentle exfoliation.
